Are you trying to eat more healthier…

Well, I normally get the snacks for work ready the day before, but do you know what I normally take ?

1st breakfast

– Yogurt + fruit (optional);

– cereals;

– cup of milk and some biscuits;

– Coffee + biscuits (that’s is what I prefer).

2nd snack

– Nuts + coffee (don’t put too much sugar on it);

– fruit (optional) + water/natural juice;

3rd lunch

– Grilled chicken + salad;

– vegetables + grilled beef;

– pasta + eggs + tuna;

These are just ideas of what you can eat during your day;
